Here’s a make up tutorial I help to film =]
So I got pushed infront of a camera and got told to be geeky, oh dear.
He’s me showing how uncharismatic, sarcastic and unattractive I am.
I LOVED David Tennant as Cassanova
I LOVED him even more in Secret Smile
So imagine my excitement when I discovered he would be taking on the role of The Doctor.
Except I only really enjoyed that for about a series,
As time went on the show felt lass like Doctor Who and more and more like the David Tennant in a TARDIS Show =/
He completely disregaurded the whole wearing the same outfit thing, I mean changing shit and tie I get but he should have just stuck with the brown suit. Anyway, we have Mr Smith now so I’m happy again, but I have found it hard to get over my bizarre grudge with Mr Tennant, which is a shame because I DO think he’s a fantastic actor.
But I was so please when I actually got excited by the Comic Con preview of Fright Night,
(For some reason can’t get the above video to work so here’s a link til I’m more awake enough to fix it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5h58VZmuL4 )
Even if he’s barely in it we get sexy eyeliner, vampires and Anton Yelchin =D (sadly minus the his sexy accent from Trek. =’[ )
and now I’m all hyped up for my hopeful plans to go to next years =D
Due to the unfortunately actually getting a job =/
Actually 2 jobs.
Something that although I hoped would happen I didn’t acually expect to when I started this.
And then my few hours off I have spent watching these guys.

Which I must admit has kinda been spurred on by my job, where I work at rural museum and get to pretend to be historical characters all day. Although I’m not as funny as these guys, nor do I sing… not very well anyway…
But basically I get paid to put on different accents and play with kids all day and fool them into thinking I’m not educating them, muwahahah - awesome.
SInce this new found passion for the show (although I must say I remember the show when it was a cartoon of time traveling kids, ) I have discovered, I’m not the only one with uncontrollable crushes on the majority of the cast,
and my love for Jim Howick has grown, as well as the bizarre maternal love of Bertie Gilbert, I will adopt him… or at least marry him off Horrible Histories, work, Horrible Histories and my other job,
Here’s my apology for not posting in ages…
some naked Jim Howick singing =D
P.S. HELLO to all my fellow Horrible Historians! Hope my blogs not too boring in comparison.
So, Gym Class Heroes have jut revealed their latest song Stereo Hearts, listen to it here.
I have to admit I’m so happy to see Travis (or Travie as he seems to like being called nowadays) back with the boys. Not that I didn’t enjoy his solo career because I really did. But it’s just nice to hear the others talents on the track as well, and I think you can really hear their influence on this one.
I love that this is far more Papercut Chronicles (2005) than the last album The Quilt (2008). THe throwback in sound is clearly intentional as the new albums called Papercut Chronicles Part II.
I am a little disappointed not to hear as much of Travis’ voice, however I do love Marron 5’s Adam Levine and think he really makes the track. It’s nice to hear a non-FBR artist (or of that crowd anyway) making a cameo.

I think Travis has come so far and done so well especially after the very long time it took from him to get over Katy Perry and last year she wrote this.
Harsh words Katy, especially when she’s now married to a former heroin addict. Or should we be praising her for expressing her emotions? Personally I’m all for expression your emotions, she had every right to make this song, but making it public? I’m not so sure she was in the right there.
Thought that I was the exception,
I could have rewrite your addiction,
You could’ve been the greatest,
But you’d rather get wasted.
You fall asleep during foreplay,
‘Cause the pills you take, are more your forte.
I’m not sticking around to watch you go down.
Wanna be your lover, not your fucking’ mother.
Can’t be your saviour, I don’t have the power.
I’m not gonna stay and watch you circle the drain,
What do you guys think?
Just re-watched Dollhouse series 1.
I have to say this episode is just beautiful. I can see why Fox didn’t air it, but it is a real shame.
Fran Kranz is amazing and this scene never fails to make me cry. I know everyones been shaking their fists at Moffat but I’ll be honest, he ain’t got nothing on Whedon.
So I saw The Hangover Part II yesterday, and I have to say, I’m not so sure. So far everyone I know that’s seen it, loved it. I dunno, maybe it’s ‘cause I saw it with my parentals in toll. I think I might have been hyper-aware of the bad language and all round not so wholesome goings on.
Not that the first film wasn’t filled with such naughty shenanigans, but I felt like this entire film was about just one-upping the last. I know everyone is fully aware of the fact that it has the same plot as the last film, as though they’re all ‘in on the joke’.
Well that’s all fine except I found a lot of the new film just vulgar. Honestly, I’m probably not the target audience for this film, despite the fact I enjoyed the last one. Living in a house with 6 boys, I’ve learnt to deal with South Park, Jackass or Dirty Sanchez. Just because I’ve learnt to try and find some of their antics bearable, does not mean I find them funny. I honestly think that comedians today (judging by most on the ones on the Comedy course at my university.) seem to think the secret to making people laugh is to shock them to the point where they don’t know whether to laugh or be disgusted, and then claim the ones who laugh are the one who ‘get you’.
‘Safe’ comedy in my opinion? Much harder. Anyone can speak a few vulgarities, but to take something simple that requires timing, and charisma.
I have joined the world of tumblr…
I’ll be honest with you, I am yet too be convinced. I’m an old fashioned blogger shall we say and am still desperately clinging to my
The active blogger and fandom have been on the decline there for a very long time and I was standing around wondering where everyone had gone. My reliable sources all seemed to point here. So here I am, feeling like some kinda of sheep and a little like I’ve betrayed my roots. But I’m going to go one step futher and create a

As this is a first post maybe a little bit about me is in order. So here are a few facts about me and two lies…
I am a Film and Television student.
I have an incrediably dorky side to me the refuses to stay on just the one side.
The amount of figurines (not dolls, not toys) in my room is starting to overfollow their designated shelves.
My love of Mcfly is costing me more money than I own.
I get confused when the films/tv shows/music I like get popular - not because their ‘mine’ or their now ‘mainstream’, just because it’s really rather rare.
Whedon is not God, but he’s pretty close.
I often wonder if I was born in the wrong decade.
Which ones are lies? …. Okay, so maybe they’re all true, but at one time or another I wished each one wasn’t true, but such is life of a fan girl.
If this is all a bit long winded for you, here’s my
